About Us
In 2004, a group of volunteers who were involved with Habitat for Humanity decided that they wanted to branch out beyond what they were doing in their local community. The result was Builders Without Borders of Texas, Inc. Since that time, many projects have been developed and many lives have been touched. BWBT is a 501(c)3 non-project organization run by all volunteers.

Kim Reed, President
Kim is a builder from Alvin, Texas. He is the construction manager for Habitat for Humanity A/F/P and founder of Builders Without Borders of Texas, Inc.
Jack Kessel, Vice President
Jack is from Friendswood, Texas, and is the president of Allied Petrochemical.
Rick Barringer, Treasurer
Rick is from Oklahoma and currently lives in Friendswood, Texas. He is a Project Manager for Houston engineering firm. He is currently the president of Habitat for Humanity A/F/P.
Lori Saia, Secretary
Lori has lived in Pearland, Texas, since 1994 and is employed as the Director of Communication & Outreach at First United Methodist Church, Pearland.
Doug Blythe, Member at Large
Doug originates from Virginia, lived in Friendswood, Texas more than 20 years. He is retired from BP Amoco, where he was the mechanical manger at the Texas City refinery for many years.
Terry Higginbotham, Member at Large
Terry originates from Louisiana and has lived in Pearland, Texas, since 2000. He is employed as a Software Engineer with The Grocer's Supply Co., Inc.
Sherry Stockwell, Member at Large
Sherry lives in Pearland, Texas, and is the Operations Director for Shadow Creek Ranch Realty.
